Shipping Information

Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time we will ship via UPS. For items that are too large or too heavy, we will send them via trucking line and you will be notified.

We are able to ship to most locations in the United States. However, due to carrier restrictions, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

If you would prefer to have us ship your order and bill it to your shipping account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number. (Please enter this information into the Additional Comments section of the order.) Kustomize It will be more than happy to have the freight charges billed directly to your account.

In all cases where you have not specified a third party billing account, we will add the freight to the invoice. All shipments require a signature upon receipt, and UPS shipments are sent insured.

Kustomize It offers the following methods of UPS shipment:

- Next Day AM delivery (Red AM)
- Next Day PM delivery (Red PM)
- Next Day Sat. delivery (Red Sat.)
- Non-continental US Next Day Service (Red PM)
- Second Day AM delivery (Blue AM)
- Second Day PM delivery (Blue PM)
- Non-Continental US Second Day Service (Blue PM) - Standard service.
- Three-Day Expedited Select (Orange 3 business days)
- Ground (domestic US only 7-10 business days)

All shipments outside the continental US will be shipped UPS Second Day PM, unless you specify a faster level of service by selecting Next Day Air. If you should require a different method of shipment, please call us at 414-355-9105 or send an email to service@kustomizeit.com.

Saturday deliveries must be in the continental US and meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must be shipped UPS Red next day delivery. All Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge. There are no Holiday deliveries available.

Please note that using Next Day or Second Day shipping does not indicate that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item in addition to the shipping time. Please see Delivery Times for more details.

Oversized, very large or heavy shipments will all be sent via an LTL (Less than Truck Load) carrier.

Kustomize It ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. Additionally, when ordering multiple items you may specify different methods of shipping per item.=

Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Kustomize It is not responsible for any damages incurred to the shipment. Split Shipments

We are able ship your order to multiple locations. Please note it the special instructions field of your order. Please note it in the special instructions field of your order. We will re-quote the freight charges and each shipment will be quoted separately.

International Shipments

Kustomize It will be happy to work with you to make arrangements for your order to be shipped outside the United States. We will do all that we can to make certain that the order will clear customs without a problem, but we cannot guarantee a specific time or day for delivery. We must abide by all national and international restrictions on importing and exporting goods. Not all products will be able to be shipped to all nations due to certain governmental limitations currently in place. All international freight shipments will be quoted separately. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

Delivery Times

How long will it take for you to get the items you ordered? There are a couple of factors in this equation. You need to consider the time involved in production of your item and the shipping method you've selected.

Example:Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time

You order an engraved plaque with a production time of '2 production days' and choose ground shipping. Ground shipments may take 1-4 business days to arrive. So you have the 2 production days plus the 1-4 days for shipment you have a total delivery time of 3-6 business days.
We can normally produce and ship your item within the quoted time. If a problem should arise with producing an item within the quoted time, we will notify you immediately.

When ordering several different items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each individual line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with a valid method of payment and detailed design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and/or Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins upon receipt of your approval. All times suggest business days.
