A Return Authorization Number is required. For non-defective items, please make certain that the items are in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Kustomize It customer service will provide you with the RA number and the address to ship the goods.

Please DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials or the Web site. In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same as the one that shipped the goods.

Kustomize It customer service will provide you with the specific information you need. We will be happy take care of any concerns you may have at that time.Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
